Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital advertising, or similar media environment is a plus.
  • Agency background is highly preferred.

  • Well-versed in all forms of media including online/digital media, social media that go beyond the scope of “media”, such as content creation, brand strategy, video production etc.
  • Experience in growing, managing and inspiring internal teams; strong leadership and organizational skills must be complemented by relationship building management style.

  • Partner with Brand Management to transform client briefs into strong creative briefs for our creative leads, taking research, information and insights and distilling them down into a singular strategic idea for brand management teams to operate from.
  • Support servicing and creative team in development of creative briefs and distillation of information into inspiration.

Qualifications:

  • You should have a passion for creativity, culture, understanding how people think/interact, brands, platforms and problem solving.
  • You should be familiar with, but not be constricted by, formal processes for building and evolving brands over time and uncovering deep consumer insights.
  • You must have excellent instincts both broadly across industries and deeply within any given capability or function.
  • You should, at any given time, be able to articulate a confident point of view on any industry, brand, consumer segment or communication platform.
  • You should have 4-6years of relevant advertising/marketing and digital media agency experience.

Job Descriptions

Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for writing, executing and managing social content & retainer scope of work for allocated brands.
  • Cohesively working with client servicing teams to transform a client brief into effective communication.
  • Thinking of and creating dedicated content for brands basis the social platforms to be used.
  • Looking out for, pinpointing and utilizing relevant social trends for said brands.
  • Responsible for social mandates like tags, hashtags, daily updates or brand updates.
  • Proof checking and maintaining strict quality on all content.
  • Active involvement in all brand brainstorming, and solely responsible for creating regular content calendars for the brand.

Qualifications:

  • 1.5 – 2 years of relevant experience as a writer with a digital media agency.
  • Strong writing skills, including the ability to write in different styles and to other people’s direction. While command over English is non-negotiable, fluency in Hindi will be an added bonus.
  • The ability to work independently and flexibly.
  • Good attention to detail, including the ability to proof-read your own and others’ work
  • Great interpersonal skills, including liaising with the client as and how required.
  • A keen interest in new developments in digital marketing.
  • Awareness of social media trends, upgrades, tech, and other cool stuff in general.

Designation: Jr./Sr. Designer

Experience: 1-4 years

What we’re looking for:

  • Should keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Flash.
  • Should have the desire and ability to work in a team, co-creating with copywriters, other designers, account executives, web developers and media specialists.
  • Should be aware of current trends in the visual arts field and should create design, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and design aesthetics
